CPCC is making learning a priority by encouraging its faculty and staff to support learning. It provides resources to
encourage professional development opportunities via LearnerWeb. Funding is another resource available for
CPCC employees for travel, conferences and workshops, provided by its faculty senate. This site also

and outside the classroom. It offers free services to faculty and associate instructors to help them design course and
classroom activities by providing assistance with the development, implementation, and evaluation of teaching.
