SACS-COC Reaffirmation of Accreditation, 2003-2006

Welcome to Nicholls State University and our Web site for the reaffirmation of accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools-Commission on Colleges (SACS-COC). The University community is excited by the opportunity this self-evaluation process affords us to further strengthen an already strong learning environment focused on student success. We also look forward to additional enhancement of student learning through the implementation of our Quality Enhancement Plan.

While the 2005-2006 academic year plays host to the closing events of the self-evaluation and reaffirmation process, the Nicholls family, faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends continuously work to fulfill the principles of accreditation. In fact, we clearly recognize that reaffirmation of accreditation is but one component of continuous quality improvement at Nicholls.
