As a unit of state government, the University is subject to all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment with the State of Louisiana. As a member institution of the University of Louisiana System, employment policies for Nicholls must also be consistent with Chapter III, Section II of the University of Louisiana System's Board Rules [1].
